Everyone's talking about AI. Few organizations are actually preparing their people for it.

REAL TALK AI
for Organizations

Education before implementation.
Strategy and custom builds when you're ready for more.

Your organization doesn't have an AI problem. It has an AI literacy gap, and it's showing up in risk exposure, workflows, and teams left to figure it out without any real guidance.

Real Talk AI is a 3-week workshop, tailored to your industry and your team's goals, that gets your people fluent in AI before you ask them to adopt it. For organizations ready to go further, that same foundation can lead into strategy, and even a custom AI build made for your team.

THE REALITY CHECK

Somewhere in your organization right now, confidential data is being fed into a public AI tool because no one ever said not to. Somewhere else, a team is refusing to touch AI at all, quietly falling behind while leadership assumes
adoption is happening.

Both of those are rooted in the same problem,
a lack of true understanding.

Most companies skip straight to implementation. New tool, new mandate, a Slack message with a link to a chatbot. No context on what the tool actually does, where it fails, or
what's at stake when it's wrong.

Your team deserves better.

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL AI WORKSHOP

This is not a features tour or a recycled deck. REAL TALK AI offers live instruction and real Q&A facilitated by an experienced strategist who has presented at the UN General Assembly Science Summit and Congressional Briefings of Women of Color on emerging tech.

REAL TALK AI gives your team the full picture, then shows them how to apply it to the work they actually do.

The real history, from the first questions about machine intelligence to the shift that changed everything. Then the fundamentals, what these tools actually are, and what AI can and cannot do.

The ethics, copyright, and what nobody tells you. The legal exposure, the environmental cost, who benefits, and who gets harmed. Not optional if your organization creates, publishes, or handles client work.

We start with what every organization needs to know: how you're responsible for what your AI says and does. Then it gets specific, a high-level look at what to watch for in your industry, plus practical ideas for your team.

WHO IS
THIS FOR

  • Leadership teams who need to make informed decisions instead of reactive ones.

  • Departments rolling out AI tools who need their people ready before go-live.

  • Organizations that talk about values and inclusion and want their AI adoption to actually reflect that.

  • Any team where some people are already using it unsupervised and some people are refusing to touch it.

BEYOND THE WORKSHOP

AI literacy is where this starts, not where it ends. The organizations that get the most out of Real Talk AI are usually the ones already addressing the larger point: not just how we train our people, but how we make the right calls on AI going forward without guessing. If that's where you are, this workshop is the first conversation, not the only one, and it's also where a custom AI build or tool for your team could start taking shape.

Every participant who completes the workshop receives a REAL TALK AI badge and certificate of completion. It’s documented proof of training, useful for HR records, compliance, and showing leadership the investment was real.

DOCUMENTED. VERIFIED. READY FOR YOUR RECORDS.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESIONS

YOUR PEOPLE LEAD.
AI FOLLOWS.

REAL TALK AI gets your team literate. Organizations that train their people well don't just move faster—they move safer. Fewer costly mistakes, less exposure, less cleanup. That protection shows up on your bottom line the same way any well-run risk management does: quietly, over the long run. The organizations still standing in five years won't be the ones who adopted first. They'll be the ones who adopted right.
